Analisis Efektivitas Mesin Filling Serac R24t24/720 Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Reliability Centered Maintenance (Rcm)Di Pt. Cisarua Mountain Dairy, Tbk

Abstract

Mesin filling Serac R24T24/720 merupakan mesin berteknologi canggih untuk pengisian takaran produk cair dalam kemasan. Departemen produksi PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy, Tbk menggunakan mesin Filling Serac R24T24/720 yang memiliki standar kecepatan maksimal 350 botol/menit. Mesin tersebut digunakan secara terus-menerus dan berkepanjangan, hal ini menyebabkan penurunan terhadap kinerja mesin dalam tenggang waktu tertentu sehingga dapat membuat kerugian besar di dalam perusahaan, terjadi kendala dan hambatan saat proses produksi berlangsung yang mempengaruhi kualitas produk. Komponen yang sering mengalami kegagalan (failure mode) pada mesin Filling Serac R24T24/720 antara lain cap tersangkut, heater terputus, as heater putus, silinder udara nozzle macet dan mesin cap press macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan nilai efektifitas mesin Filling Serac R24T24 dengan metode OEE meliputi availability, performance, dan quality. Kemudian menentukan jadwal pemeliharaan dan prosedur pengoperasian standar (SOP) kemudian mengetahui skema perawatan yang mempengaruhi efektifitas mesin, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan metode RCM. Dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh perhitungan OEE bulan Mei 2024 yang menunjukkan hasil 70,35% sampai 71,28%. Kemudian pada bulan Juni 2024 dilakukan analisis RCM yang dituangkan dalam lembar kerja informasi, lembar kerja keputusan serta pelaksanaan proactive task. Pada awal Juli 2024 hasil perhitungan OEE berada direntang 74,06% sampai 75,48%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi telah mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

Serac R24T24/720 filling machine is a technologically advanced machine for filling liquid products in packaging. The production department of PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy, Tbk uses the Serac R24T24/720 Filling machine which has a maximum speed standard of 350 bottles/minute. The machine is used continuously and for a long time, this causes a decrease in the performance of the machine within a certain period of time can make big losses in the company, there are obstacles during the production process that affect the quality of the product. Components that often getting failure (failure mode) in the Serac R24T24/720 Filling machine include stuck caps, disconnected heaters, broken heater axles, jammed nozzle air cylinders and jammed stamping machines. This study aims to find out and improve the effectiveness value of the Serac R24T24 Filling machine with the OEE method including availability, performance, and quality. Then determine the maintenance schedule and standard operating procedures (SOP) to find out the maintenance scheme that affects the effectiveness of the machine, and provide recommendations for improvement using the RCM method. From the results of data processing, the OEE calculation for May 2024 was obtained which showed a result of 70.35% to 71.28%. Then in June 2024, an RCM analysis was carried out which was outlined in information worksheets, decision worksheets, and the implementation of proactive tasks. In early July 2024, the results of the OEE calculation ranged from 74.06% to 75.48%. This shows that production was significant increase.
