The background of the study is based on the importance of the role of leaders in improving work effectiveness, especially in public organizations that are required to provide quality services. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to employees as the research sample. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including linear regression to test the influence of transformational leadership variables on employee performance. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dimensions of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration were proven to be able to increase employee motivation, commitment, and productivity. These findings emphasize the need to strengthen transformational leadership practices to support improved performance and quality of public services.
