Problematika Sistem Pendidikan di Smp Negeri 1 Grogol Sukoharjo

Abstract

The aim of this study is to expose the various problems of the education system in the 1st Grogol State High School and its impact on the development of students as future generations. The type of research the author uses is qualitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The results of this research are some of the problems that exist in 1 Grogol State High School such as curriculum, facilities, educators, and the school environment. The impact of such problems on student development is that the potential of students is not developed to the maximum, the quality of graduates is also low, and of course it is difficult to quality education.

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan berbagai problematika sistem pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Grogol dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan siswa sebagai generasi masa depan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik analisis datanya menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beberapa problematika yang terdapat di SMP Negeri 1 Grogol seperti kurikulum, fasilitas, tenaga pendidik, dan lingkungan sekolah. Dampak problematika tersebut terhadap perkembangan siswa adalah potensi siswa tidak berkembang dengan maksimal, kualitas lulusan juga rendah, dan tentunya sulit untuk mencapai pendidikan yang berkualitas.
