AUTHOR GUIDELINES

A. Guidelines for authors submitting scientific articles to Scholar: Jurnal Al-Abshor: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam (Islamic Religious Education Journal) are as follows:

  1. The submitted manuscript must demonstrate that it has not been previously published in another journal.
  2. All articles will be certified and referenced.
  3. Articles must be written in Indonesian or English.
  4. The article must be in doc format.
  5. The abstract must be single-spaced, while other articles must be typed in 1.15.
  6. The number of pages is 15 to 25.
  7. The text must be in 12-point Garamond font, except for the title, which is in 14-point Garamond, and the abstract in 12-point Garamond.
  8. The pages must be single-column.
  9. The author's name and email address, as well as the author's affiliation and address, must be listed below the title.
  10. The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English, but no longer than 250 words. Keywords must be listed after the abstract.
  11. Introduction, which contains the problem and issues to be solved.
  12. Research methods, which include analysis, design, and implementation.
  13. Results and discussion, which include experimental or simulation results and a critical analysis of the experimental results.
  14. Conclusion, which contains the main findings.
  15. The bibliography must be written using the APC (American Psychological Association) body note format. The bibliography should consist of 80% primary references (journals, proceedings) and a maximum of 20% secondary references (textbooks) published within the last five years. Each article should have at least 20 references. All data or quotations presented in the article taken from other authors' articles must cite the reference source. The bibliography should be written in the APC (American Psychological Association) system. Each cited bibliography is numbered at the beginning or end of the sentence. Consistent use of the APC (American Psychological Association) system is required when writing a bibliography. The bibliography is arranged in the order in which it appears in the text. It is recommended to use software applications to manage your bibliography and references, whether free (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, RefWorks) or paid (e.g., Endnote, Reference Manager).
  16. Editors reserve the right to edit manuscripts without changing the main ideas.

B. Online Submission Guidelines

  1. Authors must register as Authors and be offered as Reviewers at https://journal.salahuddinal-ayyubi.com/index.php/ALJPAI/user/register. Authors should complete the form in as much detail as possible, especially those marked with an asterisk. Once all the form fields have been filled in, authors should click the Register button to continue registration. Authors will be directed to the online manuscript submission interface and should click New Submission. In the Get Started, New Submission section, click Click Here: to proceed to the first of the five-step submission process. Here are five steps in the online submission process:

Step 1 -  Start Submission: Authors must check the submission checklist.

Step 2 - Upload Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse under the Upload submission file item and select the manuscript document file (.doc/.docx) to be submitted, then click the "Upload" button until the file is uploaded.

Step 3 - Enter Submission Metadata: In this step, detailed author metadata must be entered, including the names of the designated authors. After that, the manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying and pasting the text into the text box along with keywords.
